Flaring natural gas (imf.org)The role of natural gas seems to have increased exponentially over recent years, as countries look for a fuel to bridge the gap between more intensive fossil fuels and a greener, renewable energy future, but a new report has warned of the need to take the “foot off the gas,” so to speak, to ensure we don’t create stranded assets and breach the Paris Agreement’s long-term temperature goal.
